We offer refunds for our software within 30 days of purchase if the product does not perform as expected. If you encounter any difficulties downloading or using our products, please reach out to us for support.

Detailed Information

All digital products from Comfy Software can be downloaded as demo versions at no cost. These demos allow users the opportunity to evaluate our products prior to making a purchase.

Despite offering free demos, we maintain a limited 30-day refund guarantee. You can receive a refund if you submit a valid Reason for Refund within 30 days of purchase. Requests for refunds submitted after this period will not be considered.

Reasons for Refund

Refunds will only be issued for products that do not function as advertised. Situations involving buyer’s remorse or products ordered for a specific temporary task are not eligible for refunds.

When requesting a refund, include your purchase date, order number, product name, and Reason for Refund. We will reach out to offer technical assistance, and if our support team cannot resolve the issue, a full refund, including packaging and delivery costs, will be processed within 72 hours.

Exchanges

We advise all customers to thoroughly read about our products before purchasing. If you mistakenly order a product that does not meet your needs but find another product in our catalog that does, we may provide the option to exchange the product. We do not issue partial refunds if the exchanged product is priced lower than your original purchase. No additional charges will apply if the new product is $20 or less more expensive than the item you initially bought. Exchanges are limited to one per purchase and must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund for the amount paid for your product, including all delivery and packaging fees if applicable. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Liability to Destroy Your License

If you receive a refund from Comfy Software, you are required to destroy your original license and uninstall the Product from your device. For physical media purchases, such as CDs or DVDs, you will not need to return the item, but must dispose of it after receiving the refund.
